Thank you to all who have given mom the night off from cooking and
gone to a participating Restaurant fundraiser. To date, we’re half way
there as we have raised over $500 toward our goal of $1000. January’s
Chuck E. Cheese fundraiser was our most successful for this school year.
Sales for our event were $1575.68. 20% of this ($315) came back to Del
Cerro.
This is the first time we will be working with Islands near the Laguna
Hills Mall. On Tuesday, March 4th, bring the family
from 5:00-9:00pm. Islands offers a simple, original menu featuring
gourmet hamburgers, specialty drinks and a fun, tropical theme. Once
again, 20% of our sales will come back to Del Cerro. So the more
the merrier! Please use your "Golden Pineapple" certificates on another
evening because it will not assist in the fund raiser.Baja Fresh is
still our most consistent supporter. However, with declining
participation, we haven’t been bringing in as much from this restaurant.
Sales from December and January brought in a combined total of only $60.
In the coming months, the manager of Baja Fresh will be introducing new
incentive programs. In the meantime, our Next Baja Fresh night is
Wednesday, March 19th all day. 15% of our sales goes back
to Del Cerro.
Let’s keep supporting Del Cerro and our children. Keep in mind, a
fundraiser can only be successful with your participation.
