Note: The Executive meeting business will be voted on at the following month’s General Meeting. Example: Sept. 21st Exec. business will be voted on at the Oct. 19th General Meeting. This is so we are in compliance with the 14-days in between meetings without splitting the meetings into two a month. So get everything done early since checks cannot be written without an approved motion number on the request.
Please let the PTA president know at least 1 week prior to a meeting if you need to be included on the agenda. I will email the agenda to all board members prior to the meeting. If you cannot make a meeting, please email or call me by the Friday before if possible.
